Jordi has been selected as one of four strikers for the three matches which take place between 26 September and 1 October.
England will be hoping to go at least one better in the European Championships next year than the semi-final where they were beaten by Greece in extra-time last season.
The top two nations in the group, plus the best third-place team across the 12 groups, will make it through to the Elite Qualifying Round which will be staged next spring.
It’s a just reward for Jordi who has began the season in red hot goalscoring form, hitting four goals already.
