Stepping it up in the sun

A sun-kissed Colovray Sports Centre was the setting as Manchester City U19s trained for the final time before facing Barcelona in the UEFA Youth League semi-final.

With Switzerland’s mountains setting a picturesque backdrop, the young Blues worked hard in the heat, only a couple of hundred metres away from where the last four tie will take place.

With such energy sapping conditions, water was the lads’ biggest friend as Simon Davies and his coaching staff delivered a short, sharp session to acclimatise to our new surroundings.
