Joleon Lescott led a City side at a special 4-a-side tournament organised by PUMA and KidSuper in New York City ahead of the Blues’ FIFA Club World Cup campaign.

Held at a rooftop pitch in the lower-east side of Manhattan, the tournament was a celebration of the PUMA x KidSuper Studios collaboration.

Seven different PUMA clubs, all competing at this summer’s tournament, were also involved alongside a side led by Brooklyn based fashion designer Colm Dillane – also known as KidSuper.

His team wore the orange colourway of the Manchester City x KidSuper kit, while Lescott’s City side sported our new special addition kit, reimagined from the iconic black and red diagonal sash.

This will be City’s away kit for the FIFA Club World Cup, with Lescott’s side including Young Leaders from City in the Community New York, coaches and local influencers.

Moonchester and Moonbeam were also there to cheer on from the sidelines, but it was Team KidSuper who took home the trophy after winning the final with a dramatic penalty shootout.
