It has been two months since Jack Rodwell took his place in a starting line-up after the midfielder suffered an injury while playing against Aston Villa back in March.
Despite spending weeks on the side-line, the 22-year-old seized his opportunity against the Baggies and showed us once again exactly what he is capable of.

Rodwell left the pitch on 76 minutes to a standing ovation from the City faithful who were keen to show their appreciation for his efforts on the pitch.
Stuart Brennan of the Manchester Evening News wrote: “[Rodwell] Won the hearts of the City fans for his hard work, and his combination of nervous finishing and sheer bad luck in front of goal.”
