Gareth Barry has joined Everton on a season-long loan deal.
Barry, 32, joined City in 2009 from Aston Villa and has made 175 appearances for the Blues, scoring eight goals.
He was an integral part of City’s FA Cup and title-winning team and has won 53 caps for England to date.
In the final season of a five-year deal with City, he joins the Toffees for the remainder of the 2013/14 campaign after agreeing terms shortly before the 11pm transfer window deadline.
