City have been entertaining fans with stylish, attacking football all season, and are now on the brink of reaching 100 goals for the campaign at record-breaking pace.

The thumping 5-0 victory over Blackburn in the Capital One Cup took the Blues’ tally to 99 in all competitions, and Manuel Pellegrini’s men will be aiming to hit the century when they host Cardiff at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

If they manage it, they’ll be the first English team in history to hit treble figures by the end of January.

City have been virtually unstoppable on home turf so far this term - Arsenal and Spurs were both hit for six, while the Blues put another five past Wigan in the Capital One Cup and four past Manchester United in September.

CITY v WATFORD: With great family prices for the FA Cup 4th round tie with Watford on 25 January (3pm kick-off), the Blues are expecting another bumper gate for the visit of the Hornets.

Last season, almost 47,000 packed the Etihad Stadium for the FA Cup third round tie with Watford and with kids prices starting at just £1 and adult prices starting at just £15, demand is likely to be high as the Blues look to progress to the last 16 of a competition that has seen City feature in two Wembley finals in the past three seasons.
