Joleon Lescott has joined West Bromwich Albion.

The popular City defender became a free agent at the start of this month, ending a five-year association with the Blues.

Twice a Premier League winner, Joleon also won the FA Cup, Capital One Cup and Community Shield during his time at the Etihad and clocked up 170 appearances, scoring 10 goals.

Everyone at Manchester City FC wishes Joleon well in his future career and look forward to welcoming him back to the Etihad Stadium next season - albeit in West Brom colours!
