George Evans continued his fine form for Walsall by putting in another strong performance as the Saddlers beat Bradford City 2-1.
The 20-year old came close to getting on the score sheet on a couple of occasions. First, Evans was inches away from latching on to Romaine Sawyer’s through ball before he curled a right-footed effort just past the outside of the post.
Evans will look to keep his place in the starting 11 tonight when Walsall travel to Shrewsbury in SkyBet League One and push them towards the automatic promotion places with a win.
Class win today in a very difficult game! Looking forward to Tuesday now! ⚽️⚽️
