The on-loan striker headed home in the second half for the equaliser against Bradford in League One, and his manager admits he wouldn’t have wanted to line up against him during his playing days.
Dean Smith told the Express and Star: “What really impresses me about Jordy is his workrate but when he gets the ball to his feet, he has fast feet. He would be a defender’s nightmare – I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to mark him.”
Jordy has consistently impressed since joining the Saddlers on a youth loan, and Smith added it would be tough to leave out Hiwula with a date at Wembley looming for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final.
Said Smith: “There is a Wembley final in the not too distant future and players are playing for places.”

Teammate Jason Denayer was forced to withdraw at half time against Hamilton, but boss Ronny Deila reassured fans after the game it was more precaution with Thursday’s continental test in mind.
He revealed: “It was just cramp he had in his calf and we’re not taking any chances.”
Celtic fans will be hoping Denayer is fit to resume his regular starting role in Italy.
Back in England and Scott Sinclair was also on the scoresheet for his loan side, netting Aston Villa’s first half goal in what proved to be a frustrating last-minute defeat to Stoke in the Premier League.

Scott told the club’s website after the match: “I’ve come here to score goals and create - but I want us to be winning games.
“The goal against Stoke would have been a lot better had it stayed at 1-0.
“We need to keep creating chances and scoring them as well as managing the game and keeping possession.
“It’s about getting the three points and that first win to kick on. That’s what we need to do.”
In the Championship, Seko Fofana came on for the last 9 minutes as Fulham fought out a stalemate with Millwall, while in League One George Evans has carved out a starting berth at Scunthorpe United.
The midfielder played the full complement of minutes in midweek as the Iron earned a 2-0 win over Chesterfield, and was on the field for the first 62 minutes at the weekend as Scunthorpe lost to Preston by the same scoreline.
In the same division, Devante Cole was an 85th minute substitute as MK Dons thumped Peterborough 3-0 and Greg Leigh was an unused sub as Crewe Alexandra went down 2-0 to Barnsley. The Alex remain five points clear of the relegation places.
In Spain, it was Alvaro Negredo versus Bruno Zuculini as Valencia travelled to Cordoba. Both started on the bench and emerged in the second half, but it was the Beast who came out on top, setting up the winner as Los Che ran out 2-1 victors.
Matija Nastasic slotted straight into the starting XI after his loan move to Schalke 04 and has held his own in Champions League action, giving a good accoutn of himself in the midweek 2-0 loss to Real Madrid before marshalling the back line for a 1-1 draw with Werder Bremen on Saturday.
Sinan Bytyqi came off the bench after 57 minutes for Dutch outfit Cambuur, but was unable to prevent his team losing 2-1 to NAC Breda.
Elsewhere in the Eredivisie, PSV march on towards the title after a 3-0 win over Dordrecht and are now 14 points clear at the top of the table. Karim Rekik wasn’t involved for the league leaders as he continues to struggle with a hamstring problem.
Meanwhile in France, Marcos Lopes was on the field for all 90 minutes for Lille on Sunday, but finished on the losing side as Bastia triumphed 2-1 in Ligue 1.
Finally, Micah Richards was an unused sub in Fiorentina’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League, and again remained on the bench for the club’s draw with Torino three days later.
