Sergio Aguero and David Villa may not have played together but you wouldn’t have known that if you were present for the filming of a special three-part coming to CityTV on Tuesday.
The pair seemed to have plenty to talk when they first met up about but the mood soon turned competitive as the City and NYCFC striking aces took part in a blind penalty shootout, crossbar challenge and a corner scoring game.
We were on hand to capture the images on the day a new transatlantic friendship was born.

Villa’s up first from 12 yards... NYCFC begin their MLS season away at Orlando City (no relation) on 8 March.
Kun scored a penalty against Stoke City with aplomb last time out... something tells me it’s not going to be so simple this time!
