For this week's opposition view, we spoke to Antoine Zammit from Liverpool fan site Empire of the Kop ahead of today's game...

Few managers have entered the Premier League with the same level of hype and excitement as Klopp. How has he settled in so far and what difference can we expect from the team this year?

Klopp has given the players freedom, he is also playing them in their natural roles. This has created a more aggressive and entertaining type of football.

It is not long since the two clubs were gripped in a title race. What are your hopes for the season and how far can the new manager take you?

The title seems to be a long shot this season however even with the current squad a top four finish and a domestic trophy shouldn’t be out of reach.

If you could place one Manchester City player in the Liverpool team, who would it be?

Sergio Aguero, he would have been a great replacement for Luis Suarez.

Aguero

Hamstring - permitting,  James Milner will be making his return to the Etihad for the first time today. How has the City fan favourite settled at Anfield?

Overall he has settled pretty well considering that he had to also deal with a change of manager.

If you could place a past Liverpool player (in his prime) in the current team, who would it be?

Steve Gerrard of course, who else?

Any rising stars in the ranks we should keep an eye on?

Sheyi Ojo, he is currently on loan at Wolves but I am sure Klopp will bring him back as he has already been out to see him.

Who is your most important player?

Phillipe Coutinho, and he seems to also shine in big games.

What will be the key battle in today’s game?

We will miss Sakho who is currently injured, our defence will have a handful in trying to keep Sterling quiet.

Predicted starting XI: Mignolet, Moreno, Lovren, Skrtel, Clyne, Can, Lucas, Coutinho, Milner, Firmino, Benteke

Score Prediction: 1-1
