The Turkish striker opened the scoring for his team as part of a 5-2 win over Dessel Sport in the cup in midweek.
He followed up his goalscoring exploits with an appearance from the bench for the last half hour in the defeat to Kortrijk on Saturday and Enes will now hope to build on his maiden strike since making his loan switch on the last day of July.
Another City loanee among the goals this week was Godsway Donyoh, who put in a sparkling display and was desperately unlucky to finish on the losing side in a seven goal thriller against Malmo.
Donyoh scored one and assisted two as Falkenberg went down 4-3.
Things are tough for Falkenberg at the moment, who are battling against relegation from Sweden’s top division, and City’s Ghanaian youngster played the first hour at the weekend but could not prevent his team from losing 2-1 to Hacken.
On the other side of the pond, Angelino had a busy afternoon as New York City FC clung onto their hopes of reaching the end of season playoffs.
The Spaniard set up former Blue Frank Lampard with a neat cutback for the opening goal against the Vancouver Whitecaps for his second assist in as many games, but conceded a late penalty from which the Canadians equalised.
Fortunately, NYCFC won a last-gasp spot kick of their own from which David Villa converted, giving Jason Kreis’ men a precious three points as the season enters the home straight.
Shay Facey also clocked up another 90 minutes in defence to continue what has been a very productive loan spell for him in the Big Apple.
Back in Europe, Olivier Ntcham’s exploits in Italy have caught the eye of the British press. Over the past seven days the Frenchman was on the field for the first half against Lazio and then came off the bench at the weekend as Genoa completed an impressive 1-0 win against AC Milan.
In the Guardian, his displays so far have merited a detailed article from Jamie Jackson and Fabrizio Romano, who claim he is being compared to compatriot Paul Pogba by Italian media.
The duo write: “The 19-year-old has swapped performing before the modest crowds watching Patrick Vieira’s elite development squad last season for the 36,000-capacity Stadio Luigi Ferraris and a starting place in Gian Piero Gasperini’s side.
“Despite having never made a first-team appearance in City colours, Ntcham is mixing it with the aristocrats of Serie A, as he did in Sunday’s 2-0 defeat to a Juventus led by Paul Pogba, the high-class midfielder Ntcham is drawing comparisons with in Italy.
“Ntcham, who wore the No8 shirt for City, is a natural in Steven Gerrard’s position at Liverpool. Despite still being a teenager he already appears a powerhouse, a quality that is balanced by mobility, the ability to play the simple or clever ball, and a natural instinct to ghost into the penalty area at the right time to score.
“He is also a flexible footballer, and is proving so for Genoa. In the defeat to Juve at the Stadio Luigi, Ntcham again showed how his talent is being honed by competing in Serie A. Genoa, who finished sixth last season, went down to 10 men when the defender Armando Izzo was sent off before the break. At this stage a Juve side who featured Pogba, Mario Mandzukic, Álvaro Morata, Gianluigi Buffon and Giorgio Chiellini were winning 1-0. A second-half Pogba penalty confirmed victory for the visitors yet Ntcham was Genoa’s finest performer, operating in the No10 role.”

Elsewhere, and after making his debut last week following injury, Jack Byrne appears to have already laid claim to a starting berth for Cambuur in the Netherlands.
He started both games for the team this week, first of all playing the full complement of minutes against PSV Eindhoven and then the first hour of a 3-3 draw to Utrecht.

His performances on return from injury have also been rewarded with a call-up for the latest Ireland u21s squad.
Elsewhere in the Netherlands and Divine Naah played the first half of NAC Breda’s 2-1 victory against Fortuna Sittard, that leaves them sixth in the Eerste Divisie.
Over in Turkey, Jason Denayer grabbed an assist from right back, setting up Galatasaray’s first goal of a 2-1 win over Gaziantepspor.
A centre back by trade, Denayer looks to have secured a starting place after making his league debut last week.
Meanwhile, French midfielder Seko Fofana chalked up another 90 minutes for Bastia on a good day for the Ligue 1 side, who beat Toulouse 3-0.
Finally, Bismark Boateng set up the only goal in Stromsgodset’s midweek win over Molde, and played all but the dregs of stoppage time in the 3-1 win against Glimt the following weekend.
