It's all change in defence for City as Manuel Pellegrini brings in full-backs Aleks Kolarov and Pablo Zabaleta for the visit of leaders Leicester City.

The boss gives Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna a well-earned breather with the other two changes being Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph.

Starting XI and bench:

City: Hart, Zabaleta, Otamendi, Demichelis, Kolarov, Toure (C), Fernandinho, Silva, Delph, Sterling, Aguero

Subs: Caballero, Clichy, Sagna, A.Garcia, Fernando, Celina, Iheanacho

Possible formation and tactics:

It looks - on paper - as though Sterling will partner Sergio Aguero in attack this afternoon with perhaps Yaya Toure and David Silva the more advanced of a four-man midfield.

Fernandinho and Delph are likely to be the holding midfielders this afternoon.

Expect Kolarov and Zabaleta to look to overlap and join the attack - both have more assists than Clichy and Sagna and can also chip in with the odd goal, too.

Stopping Vardy...

City ran a high defensive line against the Foxes during the 0-0 draw at the King Power Stadium - it’s risky with Vardy’s pace but expect it to be expertly marshalled by Martin Demichelis.

Foxes line-up:

Foxes XI: Schmeichel, Simpson, Morgan (c), Huth, Fuchs, Mahrez, Kanté, Drinkwater, Albrighton, Okazaki, Vardy

Subs: Schwarzer, King, Gray, Ulloa, Dyer, Wasilewski, Chilwell
