Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo was forced off after 64 minutes of Chile's goalless draw with Colombia in the World Cup qualifiers.

The national team skipper left the action after colliding with Santiago Arias, playing on for a short period before leaving the field to be replaced by Johnny Herrera.

However, the injury is understood not to be serious, with Bravo expected to take his place in the City side when they travel to Crystal Palace next weekend.

Bravo was in excellent form in the game, helping to protect his side’s clean sheet before he came off.

Chile, who are a point ahead of Argentina in the CONMEBOL qualification table, host Uruguay next Tuesday.
