Man City pair Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero have been nominated for the UEFA Team of the Year 2016 shortlist.
The 40-strong list of players will be whittled down to just 11 players by public vote which opens at 5pm, Monday 21 November.
Man City have never had a player feature in the UEFA Team of the Year in its 15-year existence, despite winning the Premier League twice in the last four years.
Blues fans will need to vote in numbers if either or both City players are to be included in the final XI – last year, Lionel Messi – an annual fixture in the side – polled in excess of 448,000 votes!
De Bruyne and Aguero, however, might just change that stat!
The poll closes on Tuesday, 3 January and the final line-up is announced two days later.
So get voting, Blues!
