City make five changes from the side beaten by Spurs last time out.

How we line up...

Starting XI: Bravo, Clichy, Otamendi, Stones, Fernandinho, Gundogan, Sane, Silva, Sterling, De Bruyne, Iheanacho

Subs: Caballero, Kompany, Fernando, Aguero, Nolito, Zabaleta, Kolarov

De Bruyne returns

Good news for City with Kevin De Bruyne back in the starting XI after a hamstring injury in a much-changed Blues line-up.

Ilkay Gundogan and Leroy Sane are also in the line-up that has no recognised right-back. Kelechi Iheanacho also gets the nod up front with Sergio Aguero’s midweek activity with Argentina taken into consideration.

Great to see skipper Vincent Kompany back on the bench - David Silva will skipper the team today.

Who plays where?

With Bacary Sagna injured and Pablo Zabaleta on the bench, could Leroy Sane be poised for a surprise choice at full-back - or could Fernandinho be utilised? Expect De Bruyne and David Silva to back up Iheanacho with Gundogan sitting deeper as Pep Guardiola shuffles his pack for today’s visit of Everton.

Everton starting XI

Stekelenburg, Oviedo, Jagielka, Williams, Coleman, Barry, Gana, Cleverley, Deulofeu, Bolasie, Lukaku

Subs: Robles, Barkley, Mirallas, McCarthy, Valencia, Funes Mori, Holgate
