Bernardo Silva and Benjamin Mendy earn inclusion for their Instagram stories, while the departed Samir Nasri also makes this week’s list.
Here’s what’s caught our eye over the last seven days…
Bernardo watch
Our new French full-back is fast becoming a Things We Love favourite, as he features for the third successive week.
This time he’s joined by fellow new arrival, Bernardo, as the two of them have been keeping us entertained on their Instagram stories.
The highlight being Mendy keeping a watchful eye on the midfielder in Manchester city centre.

Nasri’s farewell
Last week, we said goodbye a man who made quite an impact during his time at City
Samir Nasri made a brilliant contribution whilst wearing the blue shirt and it was heart-warming to see him acknowledge everyone at the Club, but particularly the fans, as his departure was announced.
And a special thank you to the fans for this amazing support during those years without you i couldnt have achieve anything so blessed

Award season
It’s always nice to see our players and staff earn recognition from the outside football world and we’ve reason to celebrate as FIFA revealed the shortlist for their 2017 men’s coach of the year award.
Pep Guardiola has made the 12-man list and now it’s over to fans to decide if he makes the final three.

Home
We revealed our newly redesigned changing rooms as they were used for the first time this week, which was reason enough to make the Things We Love list.
But, most pleasing of all, was the inclusion of a line from Tony Walsh’s ‘This is the Place’ poem, which perfectly captured the city-wide unity displayed in the aftermath of May’s attack.
Inspiring to say the least and we feel the line, which reads: “Some are born here, some drawn here but we all call it home,” is the perfect addition to our new changing rooms.
