Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola made three changes for the visit of Stoke City to the Etihad Stadium.

In come Kevin De Bruyne, Nicolas Otamendi and Jesus Navas, with David Silva and John Stones dropping to the bench and Raheem Sterling rested.

Tactics

With the boss choosing to give Sterling a well-earned rest amid a flurry of March games, Jesus Navas looks like a direct replacement on the right flank for City.

De Bruyne comes back into the starting line-up and should take up the central creative role vacated by Silva, ahead of Yaya Toure and holding man Fernandinho.

In defence, Argentinian Otamendi is rotated back in alongside Aleks Kolarov, with the full-backs unchanged.

Up front, Aguero skippers the side looking to add to five goals from his last three games.

Stoke: Grant; Bardsley, Shawcross, M. Indi, Pieters; Diouf, Cameron, Allen, Ramadan; Berahino, Walters.

Subs: Given; Muniesa, Whelan, Afellay, Adam, Imbula, Crouch.
