Manchester City will take on Real Madrid in Los Angeles as part of the 2017 International Champions Cup presented by Heineken.

The game will take place at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, California on Wednesday, July 26 as part of the 2017 International Champions Cup and will be shown live on ESPN.

The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum can accommodate more 93,000 fans and has played host to the Olympic Games and World Series while also serving as the former home for the Los Angeles Raiders.

The Coliseum also hosted the final of the 2014 Central American Cup which saw Costa Rica crowned champions over Guatemala.

The 2017 International Champions Cup presented by Heineken will run from 19-30 July and feature 12 matches played across 11 cities throughout the United States.

In total, eight teams from around the globe, including Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Juventus, AS Roma, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, Real Madrid will compete in this year’s tournament.

Each team will play three matches and the club with the most points at the end of the tournament will be crowned champions.

Each win in regulation will result in three points and a tie will go straight to a shootout; the winning team in a shootout will receive two points and the losing team will receive one.

For the second consecutive year, Heineken is the presenting sponsor of the 2017 International Champions Cup.
