Injured/suspended
Fernandinho begins a two-match suspension for collecting 10 yellow cards during the campaign, while Danilo, Sergio Aguero and John Stones are all out injured. Benjamin Mendy played for City EDS last night as he closes in on a return.

Possible tactics:
With no Fernandinho to pin the midfield, Gundogan is likely to play a deeper role this evening.
Spurs will no doubt press high and try to unsettle the Blues, but it’s not easy to contain a side like City on a pitch the size of Wembley’s so if the hosts get it wrong, they could pay the price.
The Blues have had an exhausting fortnight but will look to get back to winning ways tonight with the finishing line now firmly in sight.
Five points will almost certainly confirm City as champions while six will guarantee the title – a win today and a defeat against West Brom on Sunday for Manchester United would mean the Blues win the Premier League.

City were comfortable winners at the Etihad in a game that Dele Alli and Harry Kane could and perhaps should have been sent off for dangerous challenges.

City have beaten Chelsea and Arsenal away this season and victory at Spurs this evening will be the first time all three London sides have lost at home to the same team since Blackburn in 2002/03.
