David Silva makes his 250th Premier League appearance this afternoon.
Only Joe Hart and Richard Dunne have more Premier League starts than the Spaniard who has created 75 goals in his eight years with the Club – more than any other player during that period.
He has made 346 appearances for the Blues in all competitions so is close in on his 350th appearance in all competitions.

Terriers jinx?
Incredibly, City haven’t scored a home goal against Huddersfield in the league since our (well-documented!) 10-1 win over the Terriers in 1987.
In typical City style, the next four home games have ended 0-0, 0-1, 0-1 and last season, 0-0! That’s six hours without a goal since David White thumped home and injury time tenth 31 years ago.
If Huddersfield keep a clean sheet again this afternoon, they will be the first club to prevent the Blues scoring in five successive league games.
Though City did put five past the Terriers in a FA Cup replay in 2017, there was also a 0-0 FA Cup tie at Maine Road in 1988, meaning that today’s visitors have failed to concede in five of their last six visits in all competitions.
