The game ended square at the Pirelli Stadium with neither side making it onto the scoresheet, but our loanee impressed throughout.
The spotlight was well and truly on Davenport, especially as the teenager completed 49 accurate passes during his 90 minute spell on the pitch.

Elsewhere in the Championship, January signing Jack Harrison made his first appearance in a Middlesbrough strip against Cardiff.

In the league below, Kean Bryan was in action for Oldham Athletic during their 1-0 victory over MK Dons.
In his 31st appearance for the Greater Manchester side, Bryan was on hand to ensure his loan club kept a clean sheet with the hopes of climbing out of the relegation zone.
The same couldn’t be said for Oxford United as Ashley Smith Brown and Isaac Buckley-Ricketts endured a 1-0 defeat to Plymouth Argyle at the Kassam Stadium over the weekend.
