1513 May magic
What is it about 13 May and dramatic added time goals for City? Nothing will top Sergio Aguero‘s famous goal to clinch the 2011/12 Premier League title (will it?!) but Gabriel Jesus‘ glorious winner at Southampton to take City into three figures for points scored was the perfect way to end a thrilling season.
Pep Guardiola‘s men became Centurions with just seconds to spare on the 17/18 clock as more records tumbled to this amazing team. Cue pandemonium in the stands and on the touchlines and recalling the moment still prompts a smile.

16 Seventh Heaven
This was a virtuoso display from Guardiola’s players who went right through their repertoire of brilliance against a shell-shocked Stoke City. Somehow it was 3-2 just after half-time, but a searing spell of play that produced three goals in seven minutes saw us pull away, with the final score 7-2. Kevin De Bruyne didn’t find the target on the day but was in phenomenal form, while Fernandinho cracked one in off the underside of the bar to add to the party atmosphere.
Guardiola said afterwards: “I think today was the best performance since I arrived here. I enjoyed it as a spectator as much as being a manager. This is the way we want to play.”
When Pep says that, you know we’ve played well!
