There have been long distance thunderbolts, predatory tap-ins and trademark well worked team goals, all of which are to be admired.
Here, our Club Journalists pick out which goal has impressed them most…
Rob Pollard: Bernardo Silva v Arsenal
It’s a near-impossible task to choose given the quality of the goals City have scored this season, and perhaps there’s some recency bias at play here – but, for me, Bernardo’s opener in the 3-0 win at the Emirates was glorious.
City were playing brilliant, free-flowing throughout the opening stages and this goal was just reward for the quality of our play.
It started, as so many of our goals do, with a period of patient passing but Leroy Sane suddenly changed the tempo. He picked up the ball on the left, put the burners on and skinned four players, cutting inside and going at the heart of the Arsenal defence.
He then played in Bernardo on the edge of the area, who took on Sead Kolašinac before curling a quite brilliant effort into the top corner past Petr Cech.
Outstanding.
David Clayton: Sergio Aguero v Leicester City
With so many fantastic individual and team goals this season, choosing just one is almost impossible.
Of course, there’s been the odd scrappy one, too – and Raheem Sterling’s last-gasp winner at Bournemouth way back in August won’t top too many lists, but in terms of importance, it’s right up there with the best.
That goal gave the Blues the belief that a game is never over until the whistle blows and I think it set the tone for the whole campaign.
But that’s not my personal favourite. Nor is David Silva’s sublime left-foot finish at Stoke recently – his first of two on the night. Watch his eyes as he tucks it past Jack Butland – a genius.
So, onto the goal I enjoyed the most. I’ve got to admit, I’m a sucker for a shot that hits the underside of the crossbar and goes in – I know I’m not alone – but there’s just something a bit special about it.
Therefore, Sergio’s fourth goal of the game against Leicester is my choice. A thunderous shot that smacked the bar and then the ball bounced back up high and into the roof of the net. Ticked all the boxes.
Paul Handler: Leroy Sane v Arsenal
This was the sixth unanswered goal City scored against Arsenal in the space of five days – and for me the best of the lot.
It started with a precision flick from Kyle Walker, under threat of a high Gunners press deep in City’s half, to David Silva.
El Mago found Aguero with a right-footed pass, and the Argentinian spun brilliantly off his marker into space past the Gunners defence.
Aguero fed De Bruyne and the Belgian moved the ball forward first time to Walker, who had bolted down the right flank after setting the whole move in motion.
He crossed for the on-rushing Leroy Sane and although the finish wasn’t emphatic, it didn’t need to be – the ball was practically walked in.
All that took just 11 seconds – a scintillating move!
John Edwards: Raheem Sterling v Southampton
There’s a well-worn sporting saying about big players producing in the big moments.
And this goal certainly evidenced that.
An exquisite strike to down Southampton deep into added time; it had everything we, as fans, love about the game.
A mid-season Premier League game is by no means the grandest stage of all, but in the context of the season it was a crucial goal from an equally as important player.
Just as September was characterised by free flowing, high scoring victories, late November was a time for hard-fought wins and late Raheem Sterling winners.
And this arcing effort, precisely placed beyond the stretching fingers of Fraser Forster in the Saints’ goal was the pick of the bunch.
A statement goal in a statement season from both player and Club.
