Foden trained with the squad for the first time on this summer’s preseason tour on Tuesday and is in contention for a place in the side to face Kitchee Sports at the Hing Kong Stadium tomorrow.

Foden, 19, played 26 times for City during our Fourmidables campaign and he will look to cement a more permanent place in Pep Guardiola’s starting XI this term.
