The victory comes a shade over 16 years since the first victory at what was then the City of Manchester Stadium – a 4-1 victory over Aston Villa.

Pep Guardiola needs just six more games to become the manager with the most amount of games at the Etihad.
Roberto Mancini has 94 while Pep is currently on 89.
