The draw will take place on Monday, January 27 and will be shown live on The One Show on BBC 1.
It will be held at 7.20pm before the Bournemouth vs Arsenal match.
With just sixteen teams left in the competition, the race to Wembley is hotting up.
This season’s FA Cup fifth round will take place in midweek during the week commencing Monday 2 March.
From this stage on there will also be no replays as any ties that are level after 90 minutes progressing to extra time and, if necessary, penalties to determine a winner on the night.
