Stuart Pearce has confirmed that City are in discussions with Tunisian defender Hatem Trabelsi.

Speaking at the culmination of the Shanghai tournament Blues boss Pearce said: “We are in talks with Trabelsi’s agent at the moment.


“Nothing has been agreed yet but I am hopeful. He clearly is a top quality player and is exactly the type of talent we should be interested in.”
