Manchester City have today been given a welcome bonus on the back of West Bromwich Albion's promotion to the Barclays Premier League.
Various clauses have been triggered as part of the deal that took Ishmael Miller to The Hawthorns in January and the Blues will now receive a further £350,000 as a result of the Baggies return to the top flight and games played by Miller.
This puts the total transfer for Miller, who made just three starts for City, at £1.25m and other clauses could take this figure even higher next season.
