City can confirm that Jo will spend this Premier League season on loan at Everton.
The agreement was signed this afternoon and means a second spell at Goodison Park for the 22-year-old Brazilian international who played a dozen games for the Toffees last season and scored five times.
Jo joined Mark Hughes’ side from CSKA Moscow but made only nine league and cup starts in his first season with the Blues.
