Joe Hart is no stranger to Wembley but his next visit could be the best yet.

The England goalkeeper can’t wait for the FA Cup final but has warned fans and teammates alike not to get carried away or rest on hard won laurels in the wake of the 1-0 defeat of United.

It was a sentiment echoed by goal hero Yaya Toure.

“It means the world, just look at us,’’ said Hart after a match. “The boys are over the moon, the fans are over the moon and the staff are over the moon but we’ve won nothing yet.

“We’ve done nothing yet but we’ve got ourselves in a good position in the league and in the final and I’m so happy for the people here. Our fans were brilliant.’’

Yaya Toure scored the only goal of the game and then dedicated it to suspended brother Kolo who sat in the dug-out watching his teammates

“I am very happy,” said the Ivorian. “We have beaten our big rivals, which is fantastic and we are going to enjoy it.

“I am really happy for the fans. They have been waiting 35 years for a trophy. It is a long time.

“I think this is going to be the year for Manchester City. But it is not finished. We have to take a second step in the final. We know that. We know we have not won anything yet.

“I am not bothered about who we play. They both have enough quality to win the FA Cup and we will be very hard to beat.

“I am very sad for Kolo at this moment in time. He is a professional player and he wants to play.  I dedicate my goal to him.”
