City have been drawn at home to Aston Villa in the third round of the Capital One Cup.

The Blues will take on Paul Lambert’s Villains in one of five all-Premier League clashes in the third round, and will face midlands opposition at this stage for the second season in a row having knocked-out Birmingham City last year. The match will take place on Tuesday 25 September with a 7:45pm kick-off.
