The game that could potentially decide the destination of the Premier League crown will now take place on Monday 30 April, 8pm.

The original fixture between City and Manchester United was due to take place on Saturday 28 April but has now been moved for television coverage - as has every game in April!

City will now play at Arsenal on Sunday 8 April, 4pm (24 hours later than original date), Norwich away is still on Saturday 14 April, but the kick-off has been brought forward to 12.45pm and Wolves away will take place a day later on Sunday 22 April, 4pm.

As a result of the fixture changes for TV, the home game with West Brom will now move from Easter Monday to Wednesday 11 April, 7.45pm.
