City's home game with Chelsea will now take place 48 hours later on Wednesday 21 March.
Originally scheduled for Monday 19 March, the match has been re-arranged due to Chelsea’s involvement with the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The game will kick-off at 7.45pm.
