All you need is a webcam and a printer and then it’s time to get to get into your City shirt and strike a pose to celebrate this incredible season.

You will then be given three seconds to position the trophy where you like before you’re given the option to send it to your friends and family, or you could make it your Facebook profile picture and laud it up over your friends all summer long.
