Team news

City: Frenchman trained in Girona, but this game may come too soon for him. 

Fabian Delph and getting a taste of the action against the La Liga outfit, but it remains to be seen if both are deemed fit enough for Premier League selection.

Everton: Seamus Coleman (broken leg), Yannick Bolasie (knee) and Ramiro Funes Mori (knee) are all out with long term injuries, while James McCarthy (hamstring) is also likely to miss out.

Last time

Our previous fixture against the Toffees ended in a disappointing 4-0 defeat at Goodison Park in January.

Everton’s last visit to the Etihad also proved frustrating as City dominated proceedings but were held in a 1-1 draw.

A Nolito header secured a point after Romelu Lukaku opened the scoring and Maarten Stekelenburg denied both Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne from 12 yards.
