Last Time
Pep Guardiola took his side to the London Stadium at the start of February 2017 and saw his side put in another stunning performance to claim the points in a 4-0 win.
The Blues opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Kevin De Bruyne slotted home from 12 yards out before City doubled their lead four minutes later.
Leroy Sane drove towards the area and took on two West Ham defenders before squaring to an unmarked at the back post for an easy finish.
The three points were all but sealed just before half time when Sane split the defence to pick out Raheem Sterling, who laid it off for Gabriel Jesus to apply the finish to make it 3-0.
The icing on the cake came in the 67th minute with Yaya Toure tucking home a penalty after Sterling was tripped in the area.
