Arsenal: Petr Cech (calf), Lucas Perez (thigh) and Santi Cazorla (leg) are out.

City: Raheem Sterling (back), Bacary Sagna (groin), Pablo Zabaleta (knock) and Kevin De Bruyne (groin) are fit to play. Ilkay Gundogan (knee) and Gabriel Jesus (foot) remain ’s long-term absentees.

The last time

City’s last trip to Arsenal ended in defeat, as Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud netted to hand the Gunners a 2-0 lead. Yaya Toure curled a beauty into the far corner late on but the Blues could not salvage a draw.

The two sides have met since at the Etihad Stadium, playing out a 2-2 draw in May before Guardiola’s men came from behind to triumph 2-1 in December.
