The last time
City were denied victory over Middlesbrough earlier in the Premier League season in a dramatic 1-1 draw.
Boro came hoping to frustrate Pep Guardiola’s side and it worked for large periods until Sergio Aguero poked home Kevin De Bruyne‘s incisive cross just before half-time.
This brought the visitors out in the second period and although both sides had their chances, it was Middlesbrough who scored in added time through Marten de Roon’s header.

Toure wants 2011 repeat
Yaya Toure says he wants to win this season’s FA Cup and has cited the Club’s 2011 triumph as the catalyst for City’s recent success.
“The goal against Stoke [in the 2011 FA Cup final] was important,” he said. “The first year I came to City, the manager told me it was very important to come because they were going to attract some big players and people were going to look at City differently.
“People looked at City as a big club – but a money club, just trying to buy players. But I was very delighted to come because my target was to try and be part of the story of this club.”
Caballero up for the cup
And Willy Caballero says City need to forget the disappointment of the draw with Stoke and focus on winning the FA Cup.
“We lost two points that we should win, and this is a pity,” he said. “Our next goal now is the FA Cup.
“We know that if we win on Saturday we will be at Wembley, in the semi-finals, which means we bring our fans there. This is what we want and enjoy the most.”
