City
Pep Guardiola confirmed he has no new injury concerns with all bar long-term absentee fit and ready for selection.
Guardiola also revealed Benjamin Mendy is back in training and could be available in a fortnight, following November’s knee surgery.
Burton Albion
Nigel Clough will assess midfielder Stephen Quinn and defender John Brayford in training. Kyle McFadzean (abdomen) and Marvin Sordell (knee) remain sidelined.

Competition so far
City marched into the fourth round of the Carabao Cup with a comfortable 3-0 win over Oxford United as Gabriel Jesus put the Blues on their way with a header in the first half before late goals from Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden capped off a polished display.
We then welcomed Fulham to the Etihad Stadium where young Spaniard Brahim Diaz scored his first competitive goals in our 2-0 victory to ensure our place in the quarter-final.
The quarters saw Pep’s side travel to the King Power Stadium to take on Leicester. The game finished 1-1 after 90 minutes but Aro Muric saved two in the shoot-out, before Oleksandr Zinchenko fired home the decisive spot kick to make it 3-1 and send City into the last four.

“The Carabao Cup is a more local competition. Everybody is happy to win but no one is sad to go out but we are here and we are going to try.”
