Let’s start with a report in Spain linking City with a move for Real Madrid star Isco.
Isco, one of Europe’s most talented creative players, is reportedly considering his future at the Santoago Bernabeu, according to Manuel Bruna at Mundo Deportivo.
The Spain forward was left out of the Madrid squad for the winner over Roma this week and City, along with Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottrnham and Juventus, are understood to be monitoring the situation.

Meanwhile, Tyrone Marshall, writing in the Manchester Evening News, says Frenkie De Jong would be an ideal signing for City.
The Blues have been repeatedly linked with signing 21-year-old Ajax midfielder De Jong in recent weeks.
And Marshall is a big admirer and believes his risk-taking from deep could bring a new dimension to this City team.
The 21-year-old has lit up the Eredivisie for Ajax in the past couple of seasons with a wonderful blend of passing and the risk-taking dribbling skills that mark him out from many of his contemporaries,” he writes.
“As with most of the prospects coming out of Ajax’s gilded De Toekomst academy De Jong is a fine technician and he’s learned other aspects of the game as well, regularly playing in the centre of defence for the Dutch giants as well as in midfield.
“De Jong topped the passing accuracy and dribble success rate in the Eredivisie last season, at 91% and 90.3% respectively.
“His passing will always be a weapon in a Guardiola side, that ability from deep midfield to keep the ball moving, but it’s his unusual dribbling from that position could give City another attacking weapon.”
