Manchester City got a feel for the pitch at the Metalist Stadium as they prepared for Wednesday evening's Champions League game against Shakhtar Donetsk.
Hats and gloves were in plentiful supply to combat the chilly Ukrainian winter while Pep Guardiola put his squad through its paces in anticipation of the Group F finale.
A win would see City finish the group stage with a perfect record, with the manager declaring at Tuesday’s press conference that his side are fully focused on the challenge posed by Shakhtar.
