Gallery: City's 2018-19 Season So Far

It may only be October, but the new season has already been littered with twists and turns for Pep Guardiola’s men.

But before the Premier League rollercoaster’s seatbelts had even been fastened, silverware was secured thanks to a Sergio Aguero-inspired 2-0 Community Shield win over Chelsea.

A curtain-raising 2-0 away league win against Arsenal soon followed, and City still remain unbeaten in the league, sitting top of the pile after eight matches.

We’ve also reached the fourth round of the Carabao Cup before putting a home defeat to Lyon in the Champions League behind us with a hard-fought three points away to Hoffenheim.
