Gallery: Day two of pre-season training at the CFA

Pre-season preparations were stepped up at the City Football Academy on day two of City’s return to training ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

Though a significant number of Pep Guardiola’s first team squad have yet to return back after their exertions on various international stages over the early summer, there was still plenty to keep the players occupied.

Amongst those in the thick of the action as pre-season training continued apace here in Manchester were Aymeric Laporte, new signing Rodri, Claudio Bravo, Lukas Nmecha and Eric Garcia.
