Men's Team Ranking Man City's best pre-season goals MCFC Editorial Tue 11 Jul 2017, 10:43 Share It's time for you to pick your favourite Manchester City pre-season goal from our shortlist of five. <section><h2>Ranking City’s five best pre-season goals</h2><p><div>City have been involved in some testing pre-season tours in exotic - and sometimes unusual - locations. </div><div><br></div><div>In recent seasons they’ve visited America, Australia, Sweden, Finland, Ireland and China, to name just a few. </div><div><br></div><div>CityTV recently compiled their top five pre-season goals (see the video above) and now we want you to rank them. </div><div><br></div><div>Watch the video, remind yourselves of the goals and then vote for your favourite using the system below. </div></p></section><section><h2>Kelechi Iheanacho v Sporting Kansas City, 2014.</h2><p><div>With the ball laid back to him on the edge of the area by Jesus Navas, Kelechi Iheanacho unleashed a first-time left-footed strike that flew into the bottom corner and gave Jon Kempin in the Kansas goal no chance. </div><div><br></div><div>It capped an excellent display from the Blues and gave a hint of things to come from the Nigerian. </div></p></section><section><h3>Edin Dzeko v Sunderland, 2013</h3><p><div>On a difficult pitch in Hong Kong, Edin Dzeko produced a fine half-volley from 20 yards out to score the only goal of the game as City beat Sunderland to lift the Barclay’s Asia Trophy. </div><div><br></div><div>It was a brilliant strike – powerful, accurate and taken early, leaving Vito Mannone grasping at thin air. </div></p></section><section><h3>Edin Dzeko v AC Milan, 2013</h3><p><div>It’s not everyday you storm to a 5-0 lead over AC Milan, one of Europe’s most decorated sides, but that’s what happened when City took on the Italians in the Audi Cup back in 2013. </div><div><br></div><div>In fact, the Blues were 5-0 up after 36 minutes! Dzeko scored twice, his second a superb chest-and-volley as he controlled Yaya Toure’s chipped pass before slamming the ball past Marco Amelia. </div><div><br></div><div>Top class. </div></p></section><section><h3>Shaun Wright-Phillips v Vancouver Whitecaps, 2011</h3><p><div>Fans’ favourite Shaun Wright-Phillips produced a marvellous strike against the Vancouver Whitecaps in 2011.</div><div><br></div><div>He picked up the ball fully 30 yards from goal and smacked it unerringly into the top corner past Jay Nolly. Great strike. </div></p></section><section><h3>Sergio Aguero v Malaysia XI, 2012</h3><p><div>This was typical Aguero.
