Manchester City Women complete their debut season in the FA Women's Super League with a home clash against title-chasing Chelsea Ladies on Sunday.

Birmingham.

The clash also provides fans with the final chance to watch City in action for the last time before their upcoming Continental Cup final with Arsenal Ladies on Thursday 16 October.

Chelsea head into the clash top of the table and in the knowledge a victory would guarantee them the league title - but Cushing is adamant his side are unwilling to provide a helping hand, particularly on their home turf.

“Chelsea can win the league but we won’t be looking to do them any favours: we want to beat them,” he asserted.

“We know they are a tough team to play against but we always go into a game looking for a victory, regardless of who we play.

Nick Cushing

“We know what we have to do and we’ll only be thinking of ourselves. We want to finish this season as high up the table as possible.

“We’ll do everything we can to make sure we’re ready for them.”

Kick-off is at 2pm on Sunday 12 October at the Manchester Regional Arena.

Admission for the clash is priced at just £6 for adults, £4 for under-16s and £5 for 16-21 year-olds. Disabled supporters and over-65s also receive discounted admission of £5.

As always, there’ll be tonnes of pre-match activities on offer with City in the Community and we’ll also have live music in our mini-City square before kick-off. The Premier League trophy and Capital One Cup will also be in attendance for fans to have their photo taken with.

Tickets can be purchased in person from the ticket booth located outside the entrance to Manchester Regional Arena from 11am on the day of the game.

The address for the Manchester Regional Arena is Rowsley Street, M11 3FF.
