The defender, who joined the Club at the beginning of July, is relishing the clash and is determined to help her side progress in the competition.
“I really want to win,” she asserted. “Semi-finals are brilliant. I love them. It would be amazing if we could reach the final.
“When I joined this club, I said I wanted to win trophies and become the first German player to do so with Manchester City Women.
“In 2010, I played in a cup final in Germany with a crowd of 26,000 and I would love to have that fabulous feeling again with my new team.”
The 29-year-old made her City debut in the competition just days after signing and believes her teammates can overcome their London rivals, who have proved victorious in this fixture twice already this season.
“I have played one game in the Continental Cup so I have had a taste of the cup feeling,” she recalled.
“It is always different to playing in the league because it is just one day that counts.
“Although we have lost to Chelsea before, I think we can win and everyone has the feeling we can get revenge.”
Reflecting on her short time in Manchester, Radtke admits the English game is unlike anything she has experienced before but insists she is adapting to it one day at a time.
She also expressed her gratitude to the fans for their support since her arrival and hopes it will continue.
“Every day, things are getting better,” she declared. “It is different than what I am used to but I am getting along and enjoying it more and more.
“The English game is a bit slower than the Swedish and German leagues but it has been good.
“One thing I have realised is that the English fans appreciate it when we play well individually - not only for the attacking players but also for the defenders.
“When you are in good situations and you do something well, they can see it. I can hear them applauding and that is something I really appreciate.
“If they can make some noise in every home game – not just in the semi-final – it will really help.”
