Seven of Manchester City Women's stars have been called up to the England squad.

Karen Bardsley, Steph Houghton, Lucy Bronze, Demi Stokes, Isobel Christiansen, Jill Scott and Toni Duggan have all been included in Mark Sampson’s 23-player group ahead of next week’s friendly and Euro 2017 qualifier.

The announcement sees a return to international action for Duggan, who has been sidelined through injury since the end of August.

Ahead of their qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina at Bristol City’s Ashton Gate on Sunday 29 November (3:30pm), England travel to Duisburg to face Germany in an exhibition game on Thursday 26 November (5pm).

The clash will been shown on the BBC Red Button and sees the two sides lock horns for the first time since the third-place play-off in the World Cup, in which the Lionesses emerged victorious to claim a bronze medal.

Sampson’s side head into the Bosnia-Herzegovina clash third in Group 7 after one game, having romped to an 8-0 win over Estonia in September

Tickets for the game in Bristol are still available and are priced at £5 for adults and £2.50 for children.

A family ticket (two adults and two children) is available at £10 and group booking discounts apply.

Tickets can be purchased via TheFA.com/Tickets or by calling 01179 630 600  .
