The England star will lock horns with the likes of Eugenie Le Sommer, Alex Morgan and Ada Hegerberg as Man City Women do battle with Lyon in the Champions League semi-finals.
The right-back is familiar with the trio though, having come up against each at international level, and she is excited to do so again.
“I’m looking forward to it,” Bronze declared. “These are the games I get most excited for.
“Le Sommer, Morgan and Ada Hegerberg are three players I’d want to play against every day. It’s exciting – I’m not one to shy away from a challenge.
“I’ve played against them recently and done alright.”
With City amongst the last four in the Champions League for the first time – and in their first season in the competition – Bronze admits the tie against the European title holders is one of the Blues’ most challenging.
However, she insists her side have no fear, with the pressure off for the underdogs.
“It’s no different to any other game,” she continued. “We’ve prepared the same as we would for any team.
“The fact it’s Lyon doesn’t change what we do or how we play.
“This is the biggest game I’ve been involved in at this Club. We’ve won the league and the Continental Tyres Cup – domestic competitions – but the Champions League is the be all and end all of Club football. There are biggest games ahead if we can make it to the final.
“We take a lot of confidence from the fact we haven’t lost a competitive game in a long time. We have a lot of confidence and the performances the players produce give us more.
“We’ve played in big games before. We’ve played against these players before – just in a different shirt for our international teams.
“We have a lot of confidence in each other and we drag each other through.
“Whoever plays tomorrow will play a huge part. People on the bench can come in and make a huge difference.
“Lyon have that but at least we can match it to challenge them and push them until the very end.”
In-form strikers @JaneRoss10 and @AdaStolsmo face off this Saturday.
