Nine Manchester City players have been named in the England squad for the upcoming Road to France Series matches against Canada and Spain.

Karen Bardsley, Ellie Roebuck, Steph Houghton, Abbie McManus, Demi Stokes, Jill Scott, Georgia Stanway, Keira Walsh and Nikita Parris have all been selected by Lionesses boss Phil Neville for next month’s double-header. 

England host Canada at City’s Academy Stadium on Friday 5 April, before facing Spain at Swindon’s Energy Check County Ground on Tuesday 9 April.
